Here's what we usually get asked
Sessions run as a coached open gym. During any coached time, you can arrive when it suits you and a coach will be there to guide you from start to finish.
There’s no set class start time. Our evening sessions run from 4:00–7:30pm, so if work runs late, that’s no problem, you can jump in when you arrive rather than waiting for a class to start.
Outside of our onboard program (8 weeks) we have no contact lengths.
We’ve had people start with us who had never stepped foot in a gym before. Starting from a clean slate, they’ve gone on to absolutely excel.

We have plenty of members who start on our no-Olympic-lifting program. Some later move into our Olympic lifting sessions, while others are happy focusing purely on strength and health — both options are fully supported.
